Is there any special preparation I must do before your visit?

Not really. We suggest you remove shower curtains, that’s all!

Do I need to remove the silicon join?

It’s not necessary, we can do it for you. We can also install a new one on a second visit.

Do I need to remove the taps?

For an antique bath we suggest that you remove them, but the technician can do the work even if they stay in place. For a normal bath it’s not necessary to remove them.

Do I need to clean the bath before your visit?

No, we are going to clean it deep anyway, with acid!!!

Will the enamel rebuilding damage my bathroom?

Usually the process doesn’t damage anything, but there will be smell.

Can I stay in the house on the day of your visit?

Of course you can stay inside, however it is not recommanded if you are pregnant or if you have young children under 1 yeah in the house. The smell is a bit like the smell of oil paint of before.

How long does it take to rebuild the enamel of my bathtub?

Usually, it takes us between 3 and 4 hours.

Will I be able to use my bathroom after your visit?

You will need to wait 1 or 2 hours before entering your bathroom after we leave!

How long will I need to wait before using my bathtub again?

You will need to wait 2 days (48 hours) before using your new bathtub.
